I have learn how to memory,learning and improving concentration in UED 102(study skill) by lecturer Ainatul Fathiyah binti Abdul Rahim.We call Miss Aina.This lesson give many benefit to improve myself.What I have learn from this lesson:

HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR STRATEGY FOR IMPROVING CONCENTRATION
  1. Make sure you are comfortable
  2. Put up pictures
  3. Shut out distraction as much as possible
CAUSES OF POOR CONCENTRATION
  1. Lack of attention
  2. Lack of interest
  3. Lack of motivation
  4. Distraction from others
  5. Uncomfortable environment

SQ3R:SURVEY-QUESTION-READ RECITE-REVIEW

  1. SURVEY 
  • Make a survey to got a overview the chapter that will to read

  • Buid a question while reading to keep your mind looking for answer
